Welcome to Wisdom Appliances Service. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the repair services we provide. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms.


1. Business Identity

Wisdom Appliances Service is a government-registered micro-business (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-TN-12-0170247), owned by Siraj Nisha. Our registered office is located at: Kuppu Pillai Thoppu 1st Lane, Madurai – 625001.

2. Independent Service Provider Status

  • Non-Affiliation: Wisdom Appliances Service is a third-party, independent service center. We are not an authorized service center for any specific brand (e.g., LG, Samsung, Voltas, Sony, etc.).

  • Service Scope: We provide out-of-warranty repair and maintenance services. Our use of brand names is strictly for identification purposes to indicate the types of appliances our technicians are qualified to repair.

3. Use of AI-Generated Images

  • Identification Only: This website uses images generated by Gemini AI for the sole purpose of helping customers identify appliance types (AC, Fridge, TV, etc.).

  • No Trademark Representation: These images are non-branded and do not contain any trademarks, logos, or specific proprietary designs of any manufacturer. They are illustrative representations only.

4. Service & Spare Parts Warranty

We take pride in our work and offer the following protection:

  • 30-Day Service Warranty: This covers the labor for the specific fault repaired. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we will re-inspect and fix it at no additional service charge.

  • 90-Day Spare Parts Warranty: Any new spare parts installed by our technicians carry a 90-day replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Exclusions: Warranties are void if the appliance is tampered with by a third party after our service, or if damage is caused by power fluctuations, physical impact, or water damage after the repair.

5. Service Practices

  • Qualified Technicians: All repairs are performed by qualified local technicians from Madurai.

  • Doorstep Service: Services are conducted at the customer’s premises. If an appliance needs to be taken to our workshop for advanced repair, the customer will be informed and an acknowledgment receipt will be provided.

  • Estimates: A diagnosis fee may apply. A full repair estimate will be provided after inspection; work begins only after customer approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wisdom Appliances Service is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damages or issues not related to the specific repair.

  • Data loss in the case of Smart TV or electronic board repairs.

  • Incidental damages arising from appliance failure outside of the specific components repaired by us.

7. Google Ads & Policy Compliance

We are committed to honest business practices. We do not engage in “Bait and Switch” pricing or misrepresent our identity to gain customers. Our advertisements and business operations are designed to be “Google-friendly” and transparent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
